The buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations. The staff displayed a high level of professionalism and were attentive to our family's needs.

The noise from outside was a bit disruptive during the night.

The aqua garden felt artificial!!! Balconies in some rooms are locked!!! Frequent shuttle buses were always crowded, making transportation inconvenient!!! It’s a hassle navigating the large compound with multiple buildings!!!

Our stay in the Sora Kan was delightful! The mountain view from our room was breathtaking. Enjoyed the morning buffet with a variety of fresh options. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially during our late-night swim. Tip, Don't miss the vibrant indoor playground for the kids!

The place had amazing hot springs with stunning views and a cool outdoor pool that lights up at night! I loved soaking in the onsen and hitting the arcade with the kids. Just a heads up, the shuttle schedule can be a bit tricky, so plan accordingly. 🌊

The SORA KAN Standard Room was spacious and super comfortable. Amazing view of the mountains from the room too. The only downside was the shower room only, but overall, it felt cozy and clean, which I really appreciated. Plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring.

i loved my stay at suginoi! the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety and the view overlooking the town was stunning. the outdoor pool with hot-spring water was a highlight. also, the free shuttle to the station was super convenient.

Just a nice choice for a city break in Beppu with exceptional value. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent and varied. If you want decent food, make dinner reservations early.

I absolutely loved that the hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful Beppu Art Museum and the lovely Beppu Park, both perfect for leisurely strolls. the onsen views were simply incredible, and the room was spacious and clean, making my stay truly enjoyable.
