The buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations. The staff displayed a high level of professionalism and were attentive to our family's needs.
The noise from outside was a bit disruptive during the night.

Incredible views from onsens, ample family-friendly activities, gorgeous Sora-Kan building
The aqua garden felt artificial!!! Balconies in some rooms are locked!!! Frequent shuttle buses were always crowded, making transportation inconvenient!!! It’s a hassle navigating the large compound with multiple buildings!!!

The dining experience at the terrace was a real treat, with fresh and delicious buffet options that highlighted local flavors. Plus, the onsen on the 13th floor offered stunning views of Beppu Bay—pure bliss! Kids had loads of fun too, making our stay a memorable family adventure.
This hotel is massive, making it tricky for solo travelers like me. The shuttles were infrequent, and I found the long trek to the onsen a bit of a hassle. Dinner at the buffet required a reservation, which left me with take-out from 7-11—definitely not the vibe I expected from a high-end spot!
